Higher Shippen – Holiday Cottage

Higher Shippen holiday cottage. Our cosy cottage is now available to rent, it is available for short breaks or longer get aways.

It is 3 bedroomed

1 king size main bedroom

2 family bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 single beds (one bedroom upstairs and one ground floor bedroom)

There is an upstairs bathroom with a traditional bath, basin and toilet

On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge area.

The dinning table will sit up to 8 people.

The lounge area has a log burner with comfortable seating and small TV

Our kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven and hob etc. In addition to this there is a traditional old fashioned oil fuelled stove which keeps the house warm in the winter months.

Downstairs there is also a utility area with fridge/freezer and washing machine.  Boot rack and coat storage.  Shower cubicle and separate W.C.

The cottage has central heating.
